Penetrative waterproofing for concrete structures


Material description:

   Waterproofing for prefabricated and monolithic, concrete and reinforced concrete marks no lower than M100 and plaster layers made of cement-sand solution brand and M150 and above. Improves the water resistance, durability, frost resistance of concrete. It protects structures from aggressive environments: acids, alkalis, waste and ground water, sea water. It is used for waterproofing surfaces with cracks with a width no more than 0,4mm disclosure.

Recommendations for application:

Megatron penetrative should be carefully applied to the hydrated surface of the concrete structure from any party (internal or external), regardless of the direction of water pressure. The material is effective even in the presence of high hydrostatic pressure.

    Clean the surface of concrete dust, dirt, oil, cement milk, salt efflorescence, plaster, tile, paint and other substances and materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients that prevent penetration. Cleaning the surface of the concrete of water-streamed performance with the installation of high pressure, or other suitable mechanical means (e.g. wire brush).

Preparation of the solution:

   Mix dry mixture with water in the following proportion: 400 g of water per 1 kg of material or 1 part water to 2 parts by Megatron volume. Pour water into the dry mixture (not vice versa!). Mix by hand or using a low rotating drill. View cooked mixture: liquid cream is like a solution. To prepare such quantity of mortar which can be used for 30 minutes. Regularly mix when using the solution. Repeat adding water to the solution is not allowed.

   Work on drawing material to perform at or below 5 ° C. After surface preparation and preparation of composition solution Megatron put in two layers with a brush with synthetic fibers. The second layer is applied to fresh solidified first layer but not earlier than in 2 hours, but no later than in 6 hours. Before applying the second layer surface is moistened. WARNING! All cracks joints, seams, contiguity, input communications must be isolated using Megatron Suture pressure flow - Megatron seal.

Consumption of ready-made solution:

0.8 - 1.2 kg. kg of solution per 1 m2 depending on the coating equality.

Storage:

   Shelf life 18 months at temperatures from -20 to + 60 ° C in the original packaging is not broken.
