Repair concrete structure


Material description:

     It is non shrinkage material which hardens quickly as a dry mixture intended for structural repairment of concrete and reinforced concrete. Thickness applying a single layer of 10 to 20 mm. It contains polyamide fiber.

     It is dry building mixture with aggregate granulometry. In mix with water it forms solution with increased adhesy to steel and concrete. When performing maintenance overalls material is recommended to apply a trowel or spatula to a thickness of 50 mm in one layer. If necessary, the application runs in several layers.

Scope

  • Repair of damaged concrete (plates, blocks or faculty, beams, stairs, balcony slabs)

Recommendations for usage:

   Remove damaged concrete using diamond tools and instruments in this action (hammer). You must create an uneven rough surface to ensure good adhesion to the base to repair composition.

   It should be clear reinforcement corrosion, with the need to install additional. Eliminate all pressure flow through "Megatron Seal." Additionally clean the surface of dirt, dust, paint, lime etc.

   Megatron Repair requires well-trained, lightly moistened surface. Before using Megatron Repair recommended to moisten the surface well.

   You must prepare hand tools, buckets and water before the usage. Fort he propirate solution preparing it is necessary to add water to the mix, and not vice versa in a ratio of 4: 1 in four parts dry mix one part water by volume. Stir mechanical mixer for 3-4 minutes until smooth with no lumps. The water content may vary depending on the ambient temperature and relative humidity. In case of the dry hot weather the solution may require more water.

Causing:

   Ready-made solution can be applied with a trowel, spatula or by hand. The thickness of each layer in the application should not exceed 50 mm.

Care of the surface:

   Surface care is performed by standard methods of care for concrete and mortars. Cover with foil or a damp cloth and spray water.

Safety measures:

   Use rubber gloves and safety glasses in working process.
