WEBAC 240 Bseal – is a four-component acrylic gel. Its components A1 and A2 are identical to the corresponding components of the standard WEBAC 240 gel, which is used with the addition of water.The essential technical and qualitative difference between WEBAC 240 Bseal and the standard gel lies in the modified formulation of Component B. In the standard acrylic gel WEBAC 240, Component B consists of a powdered salt (1.0 kg, with an A1/A2 set of 21.5/1.05 kg) that is pre-dissolved in water in a volume equal to the total volume of Components A1 and A2, i.e. 22.55 L of water. Mixing
Components A and B are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume. A single-component pump is used for injection works.
Storage
WEBAC 240 Bseal must be stored at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C in the original, tightly closed containers, protected from moisture.
Safety measures
Safety instructions must be available to all persons responsible for occupational safety, health, and safe handling of materials. Processing and cleaning operations must be carried out using personal protective equipment, including protective clothing, gloves, and safety goggles. The use of protective skin cream is recommended. In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and water. If the material gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention without delay.
Waste disposal
Empty containers may be disposed of at municipal solid waste landfills in accordance with applicable acceptance requirements and conditions. Return of containers to the manufacturer or shipping warehouses is not provided.
